Educational Navigator – Specialized After-School Education

Atlas Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Educational Navigators to provide individualized instruction and educational support to students with unique learning needs in home, community, and small-group settings.
Scheduling is based on assigned families’ needs and may include:
• Homeschool daytime hours, typically between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
• Traditional after-school hours, typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
• Additional weekday, evening, or specialty-program hours when available
This is a flexible, family-driven position. Hours are not guaranteed or fixed and may vary by student assignment, location, program format, and family availability. Applicants may indicate their preferred days, times, service areas, and number of desired weekly hours during the application process.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized educational support
- Follow student goals, lesson plans, and support strategies
- Support executive functioning, social skills, and independence
- Document each completed session accurately
- Communicate professionally with families and Atlas Care
Must Have
- Experience supporting children or individuals with unique needs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Dependability and professional communication
- Ability to pass required background screening
- Ability to maintain student and family confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with autism, ADHD, or other disabilities
- Education, ESE, childcare, behavior-support, or caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience providing in-home or community-based services
- Relevant degree, certification, or specialized training

Competitive Pay
Hourly compensation ranging from $23–$30, based on qualifications and experience.
