Atlas helps children, students, parents, and caregivers turn plans, recommendations, and family priorities into practical support that works in real settings.

Education & Early Intervention

Education support includes specialized after-school and summer programming, individualized learning, executive-function support, social learning, routines, independence, and community-based practice. Educational sessions are provided in family homes, with some plans also including community-based activities. Atlas is also developing an Early Intervention program for children from birth to age 3 through North Beaches Early Steps. Early Steps services will also be provided in family homes. Contracting and payer enrollment are still in progress, so Atlas is not yet accepting Early Steps referrals.

Specific learning disability: support for education planning, learning strategies and questions to bring to a school meeting.

These are Atlas Care’s areas of focus. You do not need a diagnosis to ask for help. Whether questions come from your family, a doctor, a teacher, or another provider, start with this guide. Atlas offers non-medical family navigation and education support and does not diagnose or provide therapy.
