Specialized Enrichment Navigator

Atlas Care is seeking creative, dependable Specialized Enrichment Navigators to provide individualized and small-group learning experiences for learners of varying abilities. Enrichment Navigators use interest-based activities such as adaptive music, art, STEM, sensory learning, cooking, movement, recreation, and educational games to strengthen communication, regulation, confidence, social participation, and greater independence.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging, ability-responsive enrichment activities
- Adapt materials, pacing, communication, and participation for individual learner needs
- Support transitions, emotional regulation, community safety, and positive engagement
- Maintain professional, family-centered communication with families and the Atlas Care team
- Complete accurate session documentation and follow approved service goals
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal applicants are creative, patient, reliable, flexible, and experienced in a specialty area that can be adapted for learners with unique needs. Relevant backgrounds may include music, art, STEM, recreation, culinary education, adaptive programming, special education, occupational or behavioral support, youth programming, or another enrichment field. Experience supporting autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, or communication differences is strongly valued.
Position Details
This is a part-time W-2 position paying $23–$35 per hour based on qualifications, specialty expertise, and experience. Services may be provided in family homes, community settings, or approved program locations throughout Lake County, Florida. Opportunities may include daytime homeschool enrichment, after-school hours, evenings, weekends, school breaks, and specialty events. Specific assignments and hours are not guaranteed.
