Atlas Care is currently hiring three part-time W-2 Respite & Caregiver Relief Navigators. This role provides dependable, non-medical supervision and meaningful engagement so caregivers can attend to other responsibilities while their family member receives safe, respectful support.
What You’ll Do
• Provide attentive supervision and meaningful engagement during approved respite assignments
• Follow established routines, communication supports, safety plans, and family instructions
• Support regulation, transitions, preferred activities, and positive interaction
• Recognize and promptly report safety concerns or significant changes
• Maintain reliable attendance and complete required documentation
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal applicants are dependable, patient, attentive, calm during challenging moments, and experienced supporting people with disabilities or unique supervision needs. Relevant backgrounds may include respite, companion care, special education, childcare, RBT work, CNA training, healthcare, or human services.
Position Details
This is a part-time W-2 employee position paying $18–$24 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Assignments may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, school breaks, and relief coverage in Lake County, Florida.
